Together We Stand

The Delray Chamber Education Fund (DCEF) raises grant money through a variety of fundraising activities during the year including the Bus Shelter Project, Celebration of Education Breakfast and other special events.  100% of the net revenues goes to support local youngsters attending one of Delray’s public schools Pre-Kindergarten to 12th grade.

Qualification Requirements

To qualify for consideration, applicants must be a public school located in Delray Beach or a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Qualifying organizations include educational institutions, churches, community and athletic organizations, or individuals who are providing education and training services to school aged children.

Grants will be awarded on an annual basis with the application process opening on April 1st and closing on August 1st each year. DCEF will consider innovative, forward thinking applications focused on

  •  Learning Loss Recovery to reverse the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic

  • STEM programs (Science, Technology, and Engineering) to eliminate the digital divide, giving all students equal access to a future dependent on technological literacy.

Selected schools and organizations will be announced in the month of August each year.
